Integrating Technology and Software for Exploring Guest Service and Hotel Profitability
- Interface Door Locking System
Synchronizing data between the door locking system and the PMS. This includes information such as guest check-in/check-out status, room assignments and access permissions such as Lift or any public area in the hotel.
- Interface Electric System
The Interface Electric System controls the electricity flow and helps in providing power to the air conditioning and electrical devices in the guest rooms during the time of occupancy only. This system allows your hotel to efficiently
manage electricity usage, avoiding unnecessary energy consumption and wastage.
- Interface Internet Authenticated
Integrating the PMS with the hotel’s internet system to facilitate convenience for guests and hotel staff, allowing guests to access the hotel’s internet after check-in using thier room number and name as the username and password.
- Interface with Channel Manager
Bookings made through all channels mapped on channel manager feed directly into the PMS.
Inventory is manage through the PMS and feeds out to the Channel Manager to make sure live availability is always showing by taking bookings/cncellations into account.
- Passport and ID Scan
The Passport and ID Scan system securely stores scanned copies of passports and national ID cards within the PMS. It accurately extracts and records personal information from the scanned documents and provides access to historical data when required.
- Interface with Smart TV
The Interface IPTV is a Smart TV system that enables hotel guests to log in to the hotel's streaming service on their room TV after checking in. The guest's account will be automatically deleted once they check out of the hotel.
